For a new system a visit to your premises to determine the amount of work involved and a full explanation of how the system is to be installed is required. Then a specification detailing exactly the work to be carried out can either be posted or emailed. A follow up call to make sure the quote has arrived will follow and that’s it. NO HARD SELL.

For repairs, once a description of the problem has been supplied we can normally provide a quotation over the phone, if not we can visit the your premises to determine the problem.
